Great room size, modern amenities, exceptional breakfast, helpful staff, and a relaxing ambiance with a pianist in the lobby.

I chose Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights solely for its proximity to Dubai Frame, which I was eager to visit. However, the free WiFi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus. I particularly enjoyed winding down in the evenings at Hue, the rooftop bar-lounge, and indulging in international flavors at the onsite dining options.
Limited complimentary water bottles.

The suite I stayed in had a separate living room, a guest toilet, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The view from the suite was stunning. The hotel had a huge gym with lots of good equipment and a separate fitness room for bodybuilding. The beauty parlor and spa were great additions, and the availability of 24-hour taxis and Uber made it easy to get around. I recommend this hotel.

the check-in process was the fastest i've experienced, thanks to Mr Karem at the reception. the room was fascinating with modern and elegant furniture. the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. the beds were really comfortable, and the room was dark and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. overall, it was a fabulous experience, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

During our stay at a hotel near the metro station in Dubai as business travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The front desk, concierge, and porter staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our extra requests were promptly taken care of. The hotel's location near the metro made it convenient for both business and tourist activities. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring Dubai. the hotel exceeded our expectations and offered great value for money.
The only downside we experienced was the lounge area. The service in the executive lounge was lacking, with haphazard staffing and instances of staff training taking place in front of guests.

the room was super nice and clean, and the hotel is really close to the metro station - making it easy to get around. the staff was super helpful and even helped me get a PCR test for my international flight.
